It includes visits to the host country\u2019s operational sites and meetings with the local civil aviation authority, and it provides a comprehensive financial picture of start-up costs, operational challenges, and economic expectations. It is also the first formal phase of an AOC application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What the plan includes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One- to five-year cost analysis and income projections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of the target market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risks and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business activities, including the balance between charter and scheduled operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financing strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1\">Operational plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executive summary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Written for every reader<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An aviation business plan has more audiences than most, and each reads it differently. The plan is written to satisfy the distinct requirements of civil aviation authorities, investors, aircraft loan and lease companies, and banks providing operational loans while addressing infrastructure and capital costs, state and international subsidies and funding, ecological sustainability, and the expectations of your future clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financial modelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial modelling is a cost-comparison exercise: it shows how different strategies produce different outcomes, helping you decide how and where to start operations before committing capital.
