Airport and FBO Operations Assessment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The ramp is where most aircraft get damaged \u2014 an independent review of ground operations, from fuelling to firefighting.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standalone operational assessments are independent evaluations for established operators or their clients, such as resorts, mining companies, and oil and gas producers, who depend on an aviation service provider and need to know it can deliver the level and efficiency of service their project requires. Each assessment can be contracted separately or bundled with the others into a comprehensive package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More aircraft are damaged on the ground than in the air, and ground operations are where cost, safety, and customer experience meet. This assessment reviews how the airport or FBO actually operates the procedures, the surfaces, and the services that enable an aircraft to turn around safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What the assessment covers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communications between ground, dispatch, and flight crews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground handling and ramp procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ramp safety and surface conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreign object damage (FOD) control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aircraft rescue and firefighting services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuelling services and quality control practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you receive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A comprehensive report with findings and prioritized recommendations. I have managed ground operations from both sides \u2014 as an FBO managing director launching a first-of-its-kind jet centre in Lagos, and as an operator turning aircraft at remote seaplane bases handling hundreds of passengers a day so the recommendations are grounded in what actually works on a live ramp.
